Mikumi’s best situated safari lodge. Reaching the signboard for Mikumi National Park you are already looking for the animals.
Safari Lodges in Tanzania:
“STOPP”, is often shouted from the guests when they get their first glimpse of an elephant, but be sure, you will see plenty more!
Reaching the park gate you are only two minutes away from our favorite accommodation in Mikumi called Mikumi Wildlife Camp, also known as Kikaboga.
Before going for your afternoon game drive you take half an hour to check in to your bungalow and take a refreshing drink while you enjoy the enchanting view of the elephants drinking from the waterhole and the buffaloes rolling in the cooling mud.

This night you will enjoy the nice bungalows with concrete beds facing the light set water hole. With a view from your bed you can see the animals just outside your bungalow.
When you are sitting on your veranda in front of your bungalow watching the dark from the night being cased away from the daylight the hundred impalas that was sleeping in the garden wakes up and start leaving their “safe place”.
